This was no easy feat in the 1980's and early 1990's as internet wasn't available so contact companies etc

Most of the top frames of the early 80's such as Kuwahara came out of Japan while USA made frames such as Hutch, GT etc were extremely popular during those early years.

To break away from the normal and not only design but manufacture their own unique frames is a testament to the dedication of these people.
